DR.ROSE NJERI GACHOKA – GICHUKI
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we the Family of King’ara and Gachoka announce the sudden passing on of Dr.Rose Njeri Gachoka – Gichuki (Lecturer Technical University of Kenya-Faculty of Science and Technology DBAE) while undergoing treatment in BLK-MAX Super Speciality Hospital in India.
Loving wife of Peter Gichuki King’ara (Senior Advocate) and mother of Advocate Anthony and Annabel King’ara, Jeffrey Gachoka and Natalie Wothaya.
Beloved daughter of Tarcisio Gachoka Mwaniki and Jane Nyokabi Gachoka. Cherished Sister of Jacinta & Dr. Peter Karanja (JKUAT), Justice Mwaniki Gachoka (Court of Appeal) & Lucia Mwaniki, the late Magdalene Wangari, Michael & Hellen Thuita, John & Margaret Gachuiri (UK), Peter & Margaret Mucha, Raphael (Advocate-MG Law) & Milka Ndirangu.
Beloved Daughter in law of John King’ara, the late Consolata Wothaya and Rosemary Nyambura. Sister in law of Jane Kiruku, Anastacia Wachiuri, Cecilia Muringi, Michael Wachira, Herman Mugo, Patrick Kiruki, Gabriel Mwangi, Paul Nderitu (KWFT), Raphael Gatutha, Mathew King’ara, Elizabeth Wangeci (USA), Lucy Njeri (UK), Stella Wanjiru, Diana Wangeci and Boniface King’ara. Cousin, Niece and friend of many.
Loving Aunt of many nephews and nieces. Grandmother to many.
Family and Friends are meeting for Requiem Mass and burial preparations in their matrimonial home in Kileleshwa – Tabere Crescent Road on Thursday 20th, Friday 21st, Monday 24th, and Tuesday 25th June 2024 from 6.00pm – 8.00pm, Gichiche Village (Mbiri) on Saturday 22nd June 2024 from 12.00pm.
The Requiem Mass will be held in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kileleshwa from 1.30pm on Wednesday 26th June 2024.
The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Referral Funeral Home at 6.00am on Friday 28th June 2024. Funeral Mass and Burial will
take place the same day in her rural home in Misty Mountain Farm – Narumoru Nyeri County on 28th June 2024.
