It is with profound sorrow that we announce the gassing on of Edith Njoki Kunyera, after a long illness bravely borne.

Wife of the late Jacob Kunyera Mwangi. Daughter of the late Grishon Maigua and Rachel Wanjiku. Sister to the late Jemimah Wanjiru, late Alice Wairimu, Victoria Muguru and John Mwangi.

Loving mother to the late Mary Wangui Kunyera, Lucy Nyambura Muchiri and Margaret Wanjiru Kunyera. Mother-in-law to Peter Muchiri. Grandmother to Robert Kunyera, Catherine Wamaitha, Brian Githaiga, Mercy Njoki, Alex Mwangi, Elaine Wanjiku, Cyrus Irungu and Kayla Njoki. Great grandmother to Ethan Anaiah and Sylvanus Benaiah.

The cortege leaves J M Memorial hospital on Friday 9th April 2021 at 10.30am for a funeral service followed by burial at home in Mugumu Village, Olkalou.

Mum you’ve fought the good fight, you’ve finished the race and kept the faith. Sleep well Grandma
