ELD DAVID WANGA OGUTA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Eld David Wanga Oguta of Gem West Location, Kandira village, Homabay County which occurred on 29 th July 2024.

He was the son of the late Mzee Francis Oguta and Mama Elsa Oguta. Step-son of Miriam Oguta and the late Teresa Oguta.

He was the husband of Lilian Wanga and father of Natalie Wanga and Angie Wanga.

His nieces and nephews are Atieno, Adhiambo, Cliff, Sheila, Gordon, Mzee, Paul, and others. Other nieces and nephews are Bruse, Bruno, and Sharon.

His sisters are Caren, Jane, Grace, Tabitha, Pamela, Joyce, and Beatrice.

His brothers are Moses, James, Suleman, Daniel, Joel, Fredrick, Mboya, and others.

He was son-in-law of Angeline Millar Muga and the late Zaddock Muga Ajulu.

His sisters-in-law are Joan, Monica, Molly, Eunice (deceased), Sophy, Evelyne (deceased), Faith, Nancy, Edwina, and Brenda, among others.

His other brothers-in-law include the late Fred, Daniel Okongo, Jackton Owino, Okidi, Paul Osoti.

He was uncle of Tonny, Otieno, Omondi, James, Beatrice, Beldine, Alfred, Jemine, Charles, Steve, Simon, Joyce, Duncan, Loise, Erick, Achieng, Henry, Esther, Ladisha, and others.

He was grandfather of Rhanda, Saline, and Shone.

He was father-in-law of Harriet.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his home in Harambee Estate Nairobi from 5.00pm for prayers and burial arrangements.

A major fundraising will be held on 13th August 2024 at the All saints Cathedral from 5.00pm – 8.00pm.

The funeral service will be held on 14th August 2024 at New Life SDA Church, Nairobi.

The cortege will leave Nairobi West Mortuary on 15th August 2024, for burial on 16th August 2024 at his home in Gem West location, Kandira Village, Homabay County presided over by New Life SDA Church, Nairobi.
