ELDER ERNEST MOMANYI OKERO

It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Elder Ernest Momanyi Okero which occurred 2nd August 2020 at Kimana, Oloitoktok, Kajiado County through a tragic road accident.

Son of Zachary Okero and Peninah Nyanchoka. Loving Husband of Vane Moraa and doting father of Jason Nyangau and Zach Mokua. Brother to Samuel Okero of Bukura Agricultural College, Pr. Stephen Okero of Nyamira Conference, Ruth Kemuma, Catherine Nyangweso and Daniel Nyangena. Son in-law to Gladys Nyang’au. Brother in-law to Stella, Annah, Ruth, Anthony, Josphat, Wycliff, Emily, Orpha, Divina. Uncle to Marion, Zipporah, Mary, Esther, Abigail, Faith, Dorcas, Joshua, Enock, and Deborah.

Nephew to Nyambureti’s, Nyachwaya’s, Omwenga’s, Moriasi’s and others. Cousin to Isabella, Pr. Ayub, Joyce, Kennedy, Lilian, George, Bosire, Albert, Edwin, Wycliffe, Calleb, Joel, David, Rose (USA) Davis, Emily, Finlay (USA) Gibson, Dominic, Moriasi (USA), Duke, Alec and others. Grandson to the late Nyambureti, the late Nyachwaya, the late Omwenga, the late Priscilla, the late Ondieki, Milka, Dinah and the late Monyangi.

The cortege will leave Hema Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 13th August 2020 at 8.00 am. The funeral service will be held at Riamoni Primary School grounds and burial on the same day at their home, Riakworo Riamoni Location, Nyamira County.
