ELDER JAMES OKWOYO NYACHAE

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we communicate the passing on of Elder James Okwoyo Nyachae in the wee hours of Monday 2nd September 2024 at Nyanchwa Mission Hospital. 

Mzee James Okwoyo was a dedicated church elder who diligently served God in different churches both at Nyacheki and Igare Districts.

Elder Okwoyo was the son of the late Okwoyo Nyachae and the late Basikaria Moraa of Simiti village Nyacheki- Kisii County.

Adoring father of Sophia, Mary, Tabitha, Abel, Everline, Benard, Olpha, Isabella, Salome and Callen. 

Father-in-law of Geoffrey Abuga (Office of the Controller of Budget), Tom, Saiti (Nyanchwa Adventist College), Evans, Pastor Shem (SKEF), Charles, Wycliffe and Dancun.

Family and friends are gathering daily at his Igare and Nyacheki homes for prayers.

There will be a main fundraising on Wednesday September 18th, 2024 at Igare home commencing at 12:00pm.

The cortege leaves Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital (KTRH) on September 19th, 2024 for interment at his Igare home, Nyamagwa Location, Sameta Sub County, Kisii County on the September 20th, 2024
