ELISHA KIPLETING MUREI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr. Elisha Kiplacing Murei which occurred on Sunday 18th October, 2020 at Nairobi Hospital. Until his demise he was the founder and current Chairman of Sirgoi Holding Ltd.

He was the son of Late Kipkorir Tot and Late Grace Jemaiyo Tot of Kosirai Belekenya Nandi County. Husband to Clara Jelel Murei, He was the father to the late Jemeli, Professor Philip Kipyego Leting (USA), Dr. Dorcas Jesang Mang’ira (USA), Samson Kiprotich Kemboi, Ruth Jepkorir Bor, Loice Jepchirchir Songok. Maria Jepkemei Korir, late Eliud Cheruiyot Letting, Nicholas Kipchumba Letting (Solana Agrovet Eldoret), Ezekiel Tirop Letting, Irine Jeptoo Mutai, Sarah Jebet Chumba and Naomi Jebitok. He was brother to Late Hon. Wilson Korir, Nelson Lelei, David Korir, Elizabeth Saina, Sally Birech and Eliud Korir(USA). He was also a father-in-law to Esther Ketter, Rael Kemboi, Ann Letting, Lilian Letting and Jackline Letting.

The cortege leaves MTRH Mortuary on Tuesday 27th October, 2020 at 8:00 a.m to his home at Mogoiywet Farm, Kipsombe Ward, Uasin Gishu County and thereafter funeral service and burial on the same day.
