It is with humble acceptance and with deep sorrow; we announce the passing on to higher glory of Mrs. Elizabeth Wambui Riunga.

Daughter of the late Samson Toro and Julia Wangui Toro. Sister of the late Jerusha Njung’wa, the late Dan Wagema Tom, the late Sarah Kan’gori and Rosemary Wangeci Gaturu. Wife of the late Joshua Musa Matu Riunga. Beloved mother of the late Dorothy Wairimu, Steve Matu, Susan Wangui, the late Andrew Tom, the late Timothy Kagondu, Dan Wagema and Mary Wandia Riunga. Mother-in-love of Emily Chemeli Wagema. Grand Mother of Dr. Sharon Wagema and Geoffrey Momanyi, Allan Joshua Riunga and Faith Wairimu, Lisa Wambui Matu, Tony Riunga Matu, Vincent Kariuki Matu and Roy Riunga Kagondu. Great grand mother of Israel Riunga, Eliana, Leo and Lee Momanyi, Imani and Amani Matu, She is survived by many Nieces, Nephews and in-laws.

She will be laid to rest at her home in Karen on Friday 22nd May 2020 at 11am.

In the light of the Government directives on observation of Covid19 Pandemic guidelines, there will be no gatherings or prayer meetings at her home. The funeral service will be limited to the members of the family.
