EMMANUEL KIPROTICH KOSGEI

With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the sudden and untimely death of Emmanuel Kiprotich Kosgei, of the Kapkosgei family (Kabitak), from Kapng’etuny Farm, Tarakwa, following a tragic road traffic accident along Langata road.

He was a fourth year Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering student at MultiMedia University, Nairobi.

Emmanuel was the cherished son of the late Jeremy Kipchumba Kosgei and Salina Jemeli Tallam.

He leaves behind his beloved siblings: Abel Kipchirchir, Mercy & Elijah, Faith Jeruto, and Javan Kipleting.

He was a treasured grandson of the late Kibor Kosgei and Abigael, Rael and Veronica Kosgei and the late Kimisik Tallam and Margaret Tallam, the late Everlyne and Selly Tallam.

Emmanuel is mourned by his uncles and aunts: Jackson, the late David, the late Samuel Kosgei, Kenneth, the late Sylvano, Kimurgor, Samuel Busienei, Philip, Rose, Jane, Jennifer, Rosaline, Leah, Naum, the late Selly, Joyce, Sarah, the late Maria, Zipporah, Aileen and Edna among others.

He was a beloved cousin of many and a devoted uncle of Shantel.

The burial will take place on August 13, 2024, at his parents’ home in Kapng’etuny Farm, Tarakwa.

In this time of deep mourning, we take solace in the words of Psalms 116:15:“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful servants.”

May Emmanuel’s soul find eternal peace, and may those who loved him find comfort in their memories of him
