ENG. HARON KIPRUTO KIPLAGAT

It is with deep sorrow, and acceptance of God’s will that we the family of Eng. Haron Kipruto Kiplagat announce the passing on of our beloved Father (Daddy) which occurred on Saturday 15th May, 2021 at Pandya Memorial Hospital, Mombasa county.

He was born in 1947 as the first born son of Mzee Barnabas Kiplagat Kipruto and the late Mama Maria Teriki, Baringo County. Step son to Late Jane, Rhoda and Penina. Beloved husband to the late Rosa Kiplagat and Mary Kiplagat. They were blessed with the following children, Luka Kipkosgei, Betty Jepchirchir, Eng. Dalton Kimutai, Hezron Kiprotich, Gladys Jepkurui, Eng. Anthony Limo, Dr. Joseph Kiplagat, Dr. Barbra Cherono, Sheila Jeruto and Janice Jebet.

He was the father in law to Caro, the late Major Changwony, Sharlet, Sarah, Leornard Chumba, Jeptis Karesa, Faith Kiptum, Jacob Mukholi and Mathias Mwanyumba . Mzee was blessed with the following grandchildren Naomy, Boaz, Ruth Tabitha Levi, Andy, Jeremy, Max, Kimeli, Kiptoo, Jebet, Jemutai, Jelagat, Jerono, Ella Zuri, Jakes Taji, Zoe Wakio and Zion Mob.

Brother to the late Alice and Miriam, Timon Limo, Everlyne, Agnes, Simeon, late Stanley , late Pauline, late Dorine, Sarah, J. Lagat, Linah, Capt. William Ruto, Purity, Josephat, Victor, late Kibet, late Jemutai, Dr. Ronald, Caren, late Nancy, Faith, Vincent and Norah. Brother in-law to Mrs. Yator, Esleen, Isaac, Samuel among others. He was a cousin and uncle to many.

The funeral service and interment will be held today Saturday 22nd May, 2021 at his Molo farm, Nyota ward Nakuru County. Please be informed that the ceremony will be conducted strictly in accordance with MOH Covid-19 guidelines.
