ENG. MERCY MWIKALI SILA

It’s with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Eng. Mercy Mwikali Sila on 21st August 2021 at The Nairobi Hospital after fighting osteosarcoma (bone cancer) since 2018.

She was the beloved wife to Eng. Raphael Ragot. Daughter of the late Rambse Sila Kilulu and Phyllis Ndungwa. Sister to Geofrey Sila, Mutinda Sila and Faith Sila.

Daughter in law to Patricia and David Ragot Sister-in-law to Chrispine, Ferdinand, Powel, Emmanuel, Veronica & Sarah Mwende. Aunty to Alvin, Kilulu, Pendo, Prince, Blessing, Emmanuel. She was granddaughter to the late Muli Katu and Monicah Muli.

Niece to kilonzo, Kamene, Mutinga, Mutembei, Kyembwa,Wavinya and Mbai. Cousin to: Malo, Joshua, Muia, Nthoki, Nthenya, Muema, Amos, Caro, Mweu, Mukethe, Mulinge, Mututu, Mwendwa, John, Monicah, Judy, Katu, Daisy, Syombua, Denis, Papa, Maithyia, Mbithe, Mueni, Kalekye, Musyoki and others.

The cortege leaves Montezuma funeral home along Mbagathi way on 2nd September 2021 for a church service at The All-Saint Cathedral from 10:00am.

Burial to be held at the family home in Ulanda Village Avvendo sub county, Migori County on Friday 3rd September, 2021.
