Son of Lameck Ombati (Principal Nyasore SDA Secondary) and Mama lsabellah Ondieki of Mosocho Market. Brother of Haggai Ombati (Premier School), Steve Ombati (Kawangware Nairobi), Ian Ombati (Daystar University) and BenGift Mariera.

Grandson of the late Jehoshaphath & the late Nyambare Mariera, Bathsheba Ondieki, Samuel Ondieki Momanyi, Alice Mariera,Ariri, Nyabiage, among others. Great-grandson of Nyatichibene.

Nephew of Job Mariera (MSA), Georgina Ondieki (Kisii), Amos Mariera (Bogitaa Secondary), Arch. Mariera (NCA), Methucellah Mariera (National Treasury), Solomon Mariera (Australia), Orpah Mogusu (Kisii), Shadrack Mariera(Nrb), Shaban Mariera (NMS), Oscar Mariera, Enock Mariera, Gladys Ogera, the late Benard Ondieki, Douglas Mayaka, Jared Tumbo, Damaris Mogaka, Grace Job, Brillian Amos, Caroline Marita, Janet Methucellah, the late Liebert. The cortege leaves KTRH – Kisii, for burial at Nyarere Village in Mosocho, on Friday 16/07/2021 at 8.00am.
