ERICK MALOBA SIKA

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Mr. Erick Maloba Sika (formerly of NSSF – Nairobi), on March 1st, 2023 in Nairobi.

He is the beloved son of Rodgers Sika Yeswa and Carolyn Khavere Sika of Kakamega County.

Erick and Emily Musyoki were blessed with two children:- Wayne Maloba of Kenya Institute of Management and Wendy Ngina of Buru Buru Girls High School.

Brother to Betty Sika, Sylvia Sika (Maryland, USA) and Collins Sika Ozwe (Kenya). Brother-in-law to Nelly Buyu-Sika of EABL.

Uncle to Steve, Mike, Jada and Neema.

Grandson to the late Justus Yeswa and Mama Mauti Khasandi and Jamin Kavuludi and the late Rasoha Khavwanyiri.

Nephew to Wycliffe, Sarah, Julius, Johnstone Kavuludi, among others.

Cousin to Simon Fendo, Vincent Egessa, among others. Friend to many.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 from 11.30am at St. Luke Parish ACK, Kenyatta.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Nairobi on the March 16th, 2023 via JKIA and Kisumu Airport for his home in Emusioma Village, Butsotso, Kakamega County where he will be laid to rest on Saturday, March 18th, 2023.

Erick will be terribly missed!
