EUGENE MBOGA OGETO

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely passing on of Eugene Mboga Ogeto, Senior Legal Associate at Britam Holdings PLC, which occurred on 04 October 2024.

He was the beloved son of Dr. Julius Ogeto, Hon. Lady Justice Lucy Njoki Waithaka and Josephine Ogeto. Loving brother of Del Ogeto (Nairobi), George Nyarongi (Florida, USA), Suzzanne Kwedho (USA), Ronald Nyandusi Ogeto (Kenya Pipeline Company) & Catherine Kisoso (Nairobi), Jean-Marie Ogeto (Geothermal Development Company) & Winnie Waigeria (Nakuru) and Barry Ogeto (Nakuru).

Eugene was a nephew of the late George Hudson Monari Ogeto, Daniel Bosire, the late Wilkister Nyakang’i, Florence Obare, the late Monica Kakai, Moses Nyambane, Jane Mogaka, the late Sarah King’ondu, Margaret Adego, Doris Waithaka, Douglas Gakuo, Kennedy Waithaka and others.

He was a cousin of the Monaris, the Bosires, the Abners, the Obares, the Wakhungus, the Nyambanes, the Mogakas, the King’ondus, Joy Adego, Julie Wanjiru, the Gakuos and the Waithakas.

He was the uncle of Dylan, Nicholas, Leylani, Myla, Moraa, Ayanna-Marie and Theo.

Family and friends are gathering for prayers and planning meetings at the United Kenya Club on Monday 14 October 2024 while the main fundraiser will be held at the same venue on Tuesday 15 October 2024, all of which will start at 5.00 p.m.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Thursday 17 October 2024 at 8.00 a.m. for the burial slated for Friday 18 October 2024, in Kabarak, Nakuru County.
