EUNICE WANJIRU NJERU (CHAIRLADY)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our mum Eunice Wanjiru Njeru (Chairlady) on 26th June, 2020 after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late James Gatimu Njiru and the late Alice Macai Gatimu. Wife of Mr. Jeremiah Njeru Mukono. Mother of Rhoda Njeri (Jhpiego-Afya Kamilisha-USAID), Alice Muthoni (Usengy’o Pry. Sch. Kitui), Justin Njagi (Comdynamics Ltd., Nairobi) and James Gatimu (APS H/Q). Mother-in-law of Daniel Nganga (KCB) and Esther Nyambura (GDC-Nakuru). She was a sister of Njiru (Mbeere), the late Kibuti, the late Teresiah, the late Rose, Ann, Joyce, Jane, Susan, Lucy, Peterson, Andrew (Eldoret), Pastor Dan (Eldoret), Bancy, Bernard, the late George, John and Sarah (Eldoret). She was a grandmother of Benjamin Mutugi, Joy Lynne Wanjiru, Jeremy Njeru, Bianca Wanjiru and Elnathan Baraka.Aunt and cousin of many.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home on Thursday, 2nd July, 2020 at 8.00a.m. Funeral service will be at her home in Mutungara village, Nyangati Ward, Mwea East Sub-county, Kirinyaga County.
