EVANGELINE TIRINDI M’ITONGA

It is with profound sadness that we inform you of the passing on of Evangeline Tirindi M’Itonga after a long illness bravely borne on b6′ February, 2022. She hails from Abonjeru, Village, Kariene Sub location, Meru County.

She was daughter of the late M’Kiriinya Ntuma and late Veronica Mwari. Loving wife to Stephen M’Itonga. She was co-wife to Grace Kitonga. Sister to the late Chabari, the late Mworia, the late Nkatha and Kimathi.

Mother to late Kaimuri, Regina,Mutwiri, the late Mburugu, Kinyua, Kajuju, Dr. Mwirigi, Eng. Mbaabu, Regeria, Gladys, Lucy, Gikunda, Doris Josephine and Purity. Mother-in-law to the late Riungu, Mwebia, Catherine, Mercy, Monica, Stella, the late Kithinji, Mwiti, Doreen, Muriungi, Henry, Munene and Mwenda.

She leaves behind 40 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and one great, great, grandchild.

The cortege leaves Consolata Mission Hospital Nkubu on Friday, 11th February, 2022 at 09.00am. Holy mass will be held at St. Ann Kariene Catholic Church starting at 10.00am and thereafter burial rites at her home, Abonjeru, Village, Kariene.

You have fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. Let perpetual light shine upon her soul, May she rest in eternal peace. Amen.
