We regret to announce the death of Evans Pengo Ong’ang’a, which occurred on 5th February, 2022, after a short illness.

A loving husband to Hellen Barongo. Father to Joshua Ombati, Isabella Kerubo, Stellah Kemunto, Malack Ong’ang’a, Shadrack Ongaga and Nancy Nyamusi. Father-in-law to Roseline Ombati, Richard Nyachoti, Agnes Ong’ang’a and Linet Ongaga.

Brother to Mokaya, Asuma, Kiswaya, Ong’ang’a, Truphena, Nyaboke, Esther, Veronica, Peninah and Janet and the late Onyancha, the late Nyang’au, the late Nyakundi, the late Kebiro, the late Nyakara, the late Agnes, the late Jackline and the late Kwamboka.

An uncle to Franklin, Douglas, Sylvester, Andrew and Walter among others.

The cortege leaves Hema Hospital Mortuary in Kisii on Friday 18th February, 2022, at 8.00am,for a funeral service and burial ceremony on the same day at his Chinche home in Gesangero Sub-location Ng’enyi Location inK isii County.
