EVANS UMIDHA ORUENJO

“Dear Evans Umidha Oruenjo you bravely battled cancer (Neuroendocrine tumors) until your last breath and that makes you a hero in our lives forever.

I admire how well you lived your life, established your career, vied for a parliamentary seat, travelled the world and accomplished your major goals in life.

You were not only a remarkable advocate, but a cherished friend, and mentor to many.

Above all you were an awesome father to our kids Annie Mercy Juma Oruenjo (4 years old) and Evan Umidha Oruenjo (8-month-old).

As they grow I will constantly narrate to them the person that you were so that you’re never forgotten.

Though you are no longer with us in body, your spirit, love, laughter and dedication will live on in our hearts forever.

Rest in peace, dear hubby, I appreciate the 15 years that we shared together.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Your favorite verse now makes sense more than ever.

We miss you and will forever miss you.

Your family, Winnie Oderah (Dacty), Evan and Annie
