EVELYNE WANGUI GATHOGA MAKAU

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Evelyne Wangui Gathoga Makau on Wednesday 23rd September 2020.

She was the daughter of Mr Joel Zachary Gathoga Ngure and Mrs Caroline Waithira Gathoga of Kikuyu and a daughter in law to Ms Isabella Muthoki Kianga. Evelyne was the beloved wife of Dennis B. Makau and doting mother of Nathania Muthoki Makau. Sister to Raymond and Gloria Ngure Gathoga (USA), Mwihaki Gathoga, Wambui Gathoga and Wambari Kaguongo. She was sister in law to Lennah Mutindi, John and Jane Kagai, James and Agatha Nzioka. She was auntie to Dylan and Darcey, Hattie and Harrold, Branson and Faustina, Abigail and Zach, Jonathan and Joel. She was a niece and friend to many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home, Mbagathi Way on Thursday, 1st October 2020 at 6.30 am to Kwa-Katheke Village, Konza, Machakos County for the funeral on the same day.
