It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion toglory of Ferista Wambui Njamuku of Pundamilia, Makuyu, Murang’a County which occurred on 29th October, 2020.

Wife of the late James Njamuku Gichuhi. Adored mother of Kamau Njamuku-Chairman Biashara Sacco, John Gichuhi, Simon Kariuki, Jane Waithera, Teresia Mumbi, Grace Njeri, Moses Mburu, FredrickWathugi, Rosemary Waithira, Patrick Ngigi, Veronica Wanjiru, Alice Wanjiku, Grace Nyambura  and David Wathugi. Sister of the late Johana Muriathi, the late Mary Nyarnbura, Peter Karanja, Francis Kamau, Stephen Mwangi and Joseph Kagai. Mother-in-law of Margaret, Grace, Jacob, Zipporah, Peter, Patrick and  Joyce. Aunt of Fr. David Kariuki Kagai of Don Bosco and many others. Grandmother of Elizabeth, Elijah, Alexander, Monicah, Anthony, Hannah, Ann, Zipporah, Stephen, Catherine, Simon, Mercy, James, Faster, Teresiah, Consolata among others. Great-grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 4.00pm at Kamau Njamuku’s residence in Ngangarithi, Nyeri and also IBIS Hotel Nyeri from 6.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan) on Thursday 5/11/2020 at 8.00am for the funeral service to be held at Ndera Catholic Church, Near Murang’a Teachers College — Makuyu, starting at 11.00am.Thereafter burial will take place at her home in Ciumbu Village.
