It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Florence Wambui Chirah – Waiyaki wife of Tiras Waiyaki Newbould.

Daughter of the late Peter Chira and Mary Wanjiku Chira. Mother of Mary & Protas Saende, Jane & Daniel Kuru, Stella & Charles Mukami & Yvonne Waiyaki.

Sister of Jane Wangari, the late Gachangi, Karugu, Waiganjo, Dr. Njau and Waithera. Grandmother of Keisha, Alexandra, Michael, Leandre, Sifosini, Lerato, Peet, Pierre, Wachira, Samara, Levi, Ciiku, Gathoni and Peris.

Relatives and friends are meeting every evening at her home in Kiamumbi and at All Saint Cathedral – Nairobi on Monday 15th July, 2024 and Wednesday 17th July, 2024 from 5.00pm.

The burial service will be on 20th July 2024 in Kiambu.
