FRANCIS MAGARA BIYOGO

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Mr. Francis Magara Biyogo, which occurred on 2nd December, 2020 after a short illness. He was an accountant in the Ministry of Agriculture AIC Department, Nairobi.

Son of the late Biyogo Omwega and the late Naomi Sigara of Bondonya village Sameta Sub-county, Kisii County. A loving husband of the late Wilkister Nyanchama. Adorable father of Emily (USA), the late Judy, Cliff (USA), Pauline (Taita Taveta) and Victor (Kisii County Government). Brother of Mary Ombati (Mokogoti). Step-brother of the late Motugutwa Biyogo and the late Nyaboke Ongeta. Son-in-law of the late Omari Mogunde and the late Jenes Kengere. Uncle of Biyogo’s, Ombati’s, Onderi’s, Onchuru’s, Nyakundi’s, Nyabuto’s, Masese’s, Monayo’s, Mitunda’s, Osugo’s, Timbia’s and many others.

Brother-in-law of Sospeter Ombati, Moraa, Jemimah, Jephitha, Monica, Norah, Ruth and the late Ombaso. Father-in-law of Marjorine, Eric Karua, Mouryne, Dolyn and Mary. Cousin of Hon. Chris Obure, Samuel Tirimba, the late Nemwel, Esther, Phillip, Monayo, the late Mitunda and many others. Grandfather of the late Brayden, Josey, Ryan, jabari, Clinton, Judy, Wycliff Magara and many others. Semo of the late Elizaphan, the late Onchuru, Nyakundi, Nyabuto and Masese. Korera of the late Mr and Mrs Nyamweno Openda, Mr and Mrs Bernard Ondieki and Mrs Damaris Mucece.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his residence Lang’ata Rubia Estate, Hse No 873.

There will be fundraising on 15th December, 2020 at Professional Centre, next to Parliament buildings, Dans Hotel in Kisii and Sameta Home, as from 4.00pm.

Magara’s Church service will be held at Nairobi South SDA Church, on 16th December, as from 10.00am.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home, on 17th December for his home Bondonya Village, Etora Sub-location Kish for burial on 18th of December, 2020.
