FREDRICK KAHIA THUGI

The entire family of Mr Fredrick Kahia Thugi (Chairman Lari Nyakinyua Society Ltd), wish to announce his untimely demise, which occurred on 7th June, 2023.

Son to the late Thugi and the late Njoki Thugi.

Husband to Mariana Wangari. Father to Joseph Mathiaka (Kenya Police -Mombasa) & Teresiah Mumbi, Thomas Thugi, Veronica Njoki & Gabriel Maina (Kenya Police – Tigoni), James Wainaina (formerly of Kenya Navy) & Lucy Wanjiru (Teacher Kinyogori High School), Gabriel Kamau and Esther Wangari, Beatrice Wambui and the late Patrick Ndeeri, Teresiah Wanjiru and Joseph Ndichu, Peter Ndung’u, Stephen Njoroge and Anne Nyamathwe.

Brother to the late Wainaina, Grace Wambui and Peter Ndung’u.

In-law to Teresiah Wanjiru.

Uncle to Mburu (Boyz), Muigai, Kariuki, Thugi, Maina, Meshack, among others. Grandfather to many grandchildren.

Meetings are currently ongoing at his home daily in Matathia from 7.00pm.

The cortege leaves Uphome Funeral Home -Uplands on 15th June, 2023 at 9.00am for a funeral service at his home, followed by a burial at his farm in Matathia villiage, Lari Sub-county, Kiambu County.
