It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the tragic death of Gabriel Mureithi Kaburia (Formerly of the Central Bank of Kenya) which occurred on Friday 22nd May, 2020.

Son of the late John Batista Kaburia and the late Regina Wangui Kaburia. Loving husband of Mary Wangeci. Father of Jacquelyn Wangui, Everlyne Wacuka and Wenceslaus Kaburia. Grandfather of Austine Dante and Tamara Wambui. Brother of Justina, late Peter, Maria, Terry, Margaret, Muhoro and Lucy Kaburia. Son-in-law of the late Joseph and Grace Wanjohi. Brother-in-law of Terry, Mundia, Henry, Stephen, Stanley, Prof. Laura, Peter, Lucy, David, Regina and the late Albert Wanjohi. Uncle and Cousin of many.

Family and friends are holding virtual prayers and meetings to prepare for burial.

The cortege leaves KU mortuary on Friday 29th May 2020 at 7am. Funeral will be at their home next to Mung’etho Trading Center, Mukore Sub-location, Mathira East.
