It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of retired teacher Geoffrey M. T Mugwongo of Kiuruga village, Mikumbune sub-location, Nkuene Division, lmenti South Sub-county Meru county which occurred on 25th August 2021 at St Theresa Mission Hospital Kiirua while undergoing treatment.

Son to the late Isaiah & Julia M’Muguongo. Loving husband to Retired Principal Grace Kanyua Mugwongo. Loving father to Isabella Nkatha, Christine & John Arithi (of USA), Nobert Kiambi, Caroline & Shannel Wamalwa, Shemim Mwendwa and Collins Kimathi. Brother to the late Zipporah Mutonga and Joseph Mung’atia. Son-in-love to the late Johnson & Sarah Mutuaru. Loving in-law to the late David & Anyese Arithi, the late senator William Wamalwa & Margret Ongayo. Loving grandfather to Christian, Will, Kyla and Ethan. Beloved uncle and cousin to many.

Friends and family are meeting at his home in Kiuruga village daily for burial preparation and prayers.

Requem mass will be held at Sides Haven Park next to National Oil Petrol Station and thereafter burial rites at his residence, Kiuruga Village on Friday 3rd September 2021.
