Son of the late John Buba and Salome Waigwe. Husband of Lucy Wanjiru Kamau. Father of John Buba, Robert Chege and Irene Nyambura (U.S.A).

Father-In-law of Bibian Nyokabi and Charity Wangechi. Grandfather of Harry Kamau, Joel Macharia and Stephanie Wanjiru. Brother of the late Lucy Njeri Njoroge, the late Eliud Maina Buba, and Geoffrey Irungu Buba. Son-in-law of the late Mr. & Mrs. Massimiano Chege.

Brother-in-law of Sr. Issac (Mary Immaculate), Salome Karanja, the late Gregory Kamau, Monica Thing°, Margaret Muthoni, John Murumba, Teresia Wamagu, the late Grace Mumbi, Jecinta Wanjiku and the late Susan Wagathugu. Uncle and Grandfather to many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Mortuary Thika on 13th May 2020 followed by burial ceremony at his home in Koimbi Village, Weithaga, Murang’a County.
