It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Omoro Mokaya of Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) Nairobi.

Son of Mzee Zephania Mokaya Mogetutu and mama Rusaria Kemunto of Ikonge village Kemera Sub-location, Nyamira County. Husband of Serah Mbonya Omoro. Father of Austin Mokua and Dante Orioro. Brother of Askah Nyanchoka, Elkanah Mokaya of Senior Chief Musa Nyandusi (Kegati) High School, Solomon Moseti of RVIST Nakuru, Teresa Barongo Makori of Afraha High School Nakuru. The late Tabitha Kerubo and Joshua Mokaya. Son-in- law of John Mbonya and Elizabeth Mbonya.

Brother-in-law of Job Mbonya, Idris Mbonya, Ali Mbonya, Dorcas Nyambeki, Jane Omoi, Veronica Moseti, Samwel Makori of (SRC) Nairobi, Kennedy Silica (KU), Handson Matwetwe the Late Elizaphan Mayaka, and Francis Kirera. Nephew of Japheth Nyambati, Samwel Onkoba, Jemima Kemuma, James Nyaundi, Esther Kemuma, Peter Sanduku, Augustine Ngoko, the late Nemwel Ogato, Rebecca, Charles Onkwani, David Orioro among others. Cousin and uncle of many.

Funeral arrangements are going on at his home Kemera and Nairobi. Due to Government restrictions arising from COVID-19 pandemic friends and relatives are raising funds to offset medical and funeral expenses through Mpesa Number 0722805881.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Mortuary Nairobi for burial which will take place on Thursday 7th 2020 at his home lkonge Village, Kemera sub-location Nyamira County.
