GEORGE WAMUTI GICHIMU

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce promotion to Glory of George Wamuti Gichimu of Kasarani, Nairobi, on Sunday 25th July, 2021.

He is from Muthure Village, Kabete Constituency, Kiambu County.

Son of the late Mr. Frederick Gichimu and Mrs Anne-Rose Mbaire Gichimu.

Husband to Mary Wambui Wamuti and father to Fredrick Gichimu of JKUAT and Patricia Mbaire of Pioneer Girls, Thika.

Brother to Catherine Wanjiru, Office of the President, Florence Njeri Gacuca, Muhoho Gichimu of Muhoho Gichimu & Company Advocates, Nyeri, and Angela Njeri of Chloride Exide.

Son-in-law to the late George Kamau Njoroge and Esther Muthoni of Gaitumbi Village, Kanyariri. A nephew, cousin and uncle to many.

Memorial service will be held at St. Francis Catholic Church Kasarani, Nairobi, on Thursday 29th July, 2021, at 2:OOpm.

The cortege will leave the Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital Mortuary, at 7.00am, on Saturday 31st July, 2021, for a funeral service and interment at his farm, Kwa Haraka, South Kinangop at 11.00am.

MOH Covid-19 Guidelines and Protocols will be observed.

Both memorial and funeral services will be streamed live.
