GEORGE WASHINGTON MWANGI CHEGE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of George Washington Mwangi Chege following a short illness. He hailed from Gitie Village, Wanjegi Sub-Location, Weithaga Location.

Loving son of the late Julius Chege Mwangi and the late Elizabeth Wanjiku Chege. Husband of Alice Wangui Mwangi. Loving father of Josephine Wanjiku, Grace Warijiru and Julius Chege. Brother of Daniel Wokabi, the late Kenneth Ndegwa, Catherine Muthoni, John Mungai and the late Edward Irungu, among others. He was the son in law to the late Samuel Mukubwa and the late Grace Wanjiku and a grandfather to Nathan and Zadok Mwangi.

He was a cherished cousin, brother in law, uncle, grand father and friend to many.

Funeral arrangements are on-going and will be communicated later.
