It is with deep sorrow that we accept the passing on of Mr. Gilbert Somenyi Misoga on Wednesday, 9th October, 2024 at Kitsuru Hospital (Nairobi).

He was son of the late Gerishon Misoga and the late Fanisi Mmbone Misoga. Husband of Brigit Maua.

Father of Larry Igunza, Shantel Mmbone and Angel Mwongeli.

Brother of Eric Vulimu, Grace Iminza, Vallence Adisa, Margaret Kamonya, Harriet Vusha and Brian Madete.

Uncle of Elsie, Sandra, Risper, Stacy, Desmond, Nevine, Melvin, Faris, Trevor, Vannessa, Lawrence, Leone, Elizabeth, Wane and Rayan. Cousin of Julius, James (late), Amos, Joel, Benjamin, Jully, Gladys, Dickson, Joseph, Elizabeth and others. In-law of Linet, Ruth, Lucy, Margaret, Benard, Mike, Felister, Anne.

Son in-law of Sera Malonza and Jane. Grandson of the late Jothame and Bilha Kilaya and Sophina Kesohole.

Friend of Wilberforce, Amos, Nelson Caleb, George and others.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his home Gidali village, Gisabai Location, Hamisi Sub-County, Vihiga County for funeral arrangements.

The cortege left KU Funeral Mortuary on Wednesday, 23rd October 2024.

The burial will be on Friday, 25th October 2024.Any funeral support to be channeled through 0794-343575 (Brian Misoga).
