GOGO HELLENA BETT

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Gogo Hellena Bett of Ollesos, Nandi Hills, Nandi County after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Kipsegut arap Maiywa and the late Veronica Jepchumba.

Wife of the late Francis Kibet Kiplang’at. Co-wife of Gogo Esther Bett.

She was a mother of Dr. David Lang’at, Jane Biwott, Christine Ronoh, Grace Maiyo, Anne Yego, Rael Sang, Ruth Jemeli, Eunice Tenai, the late Abraham Lang’at, Florence Bet, Sammy Lang’at,Winnie Keter, Samson Lang’at, Dolphine Ng’arng’ar, Joseph Bett, the late Vicky Jelimo, Eliud Bett and Capt. Joash Lang’at.

She was a loving mother in-law of Dr. Hellen Lang’at, Paul Biwott, Eng. Joseph Ronoh, William Maiyo, David Yego, Daniel Sang, the Late Mark Tenai, Doris Lang’at, Harriet Lang’at, Meshack Keter, Rael Lang’at, Priscila Bett, Titus Ng’arng’ar, Juliet Bett, Lydia Lang’at and Jackline Lang’at. She was Aunt and Cousin to many.

She was blessed with several Grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Funeral Home on Tuesday, 10th September 2024 at 10.00am for a service at ACK, Lolkireny, Koilot then proceed for an overnight vigil at her home.

The Funeral service and burial will be held on Wednesday, 11th September 2024 at her farm in Ollesos, Nandi Hills, Nandi County from 9.00am.
