We have humbly accepted God’s will to promote to glory Grace Gatwiri Kinyua of Muchege Village, Mikumbune Location, Meru County on July 29th 2022 at Coptic Hospital, Nairobi.

Daughter of the late M’Kiaira Mpaka and the late Tabitha M’Kiaira. Beloved wife of the late Timothy Kinyua M’Itonga. Dear mother of Sophy Karimi and Richard Kimenyi, Mathew Itonga and Grace Gatwiri, Ann Ngetu and Caleb Kamote, Ruth Kiende and Stephen Kirimi, the late Jane Ngugi, Martin Koome (Makasi) and Betty Mukiri and Kenneth Muriithi.

Sister to the late M’Mungania, the late Manene, Gideon Miriti, Henry Kaburu, the late Silas, the late Jotham, Jennifer Muriithi, Agnes Gikunda, Elias Mpaka, Alice Kirimi, James Mbaabu, Zipporah Nkatha, Francis Guantai, Lucy Kinanu, Mwendwa Nzuva, the late Chaaku, and Cyrus Mworia.

Sister-in-law to the late Lydia, Hellen Manene, Jane Miriti, the late Margaret Kaburu, Christine Mugure, the late Tsila, Mary Kinoti, the late Muriithi, the late Gikunda, Grace Mpaka, Daniel Kirimi, Catherine Mbaabu, Lucy Guantai, Daniel Muthamia, Gerishon Nzuva, Esther Mworia, Mary Kiugu, Nkoroi Mathiu, Samson Mbaabu (Murau), Molly Nkoroi and Charity Murau.

Loving grandmother to Kagendo and Frank, Curtis and Wambui, Kinya, Tim, Joy, June, James, LiSa, Jesse, Patience, Marvel, Nicole, Neil, Mugambi, Munene, Tina, Timon, Kaka, Munene and Zawadi. Great grandmother to Tiana, Sonia and Charrisa. Dear aunt and cousin to many.

Meetings are taking place at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi until Wednesday, 3rd August 2022, Prime Hotel, Nkubu and at her Muchege home from 5:00 pm daily.

The funeral service will be held a MCK St. Luke’s Muchege on 5th August 2022 from 10:30 am. She will thereafter be laid to rest at her Muchege home.
