GRACE KIGEN

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs Grace Kigen of Kibomet, Transzoia County that occurred on Saturday 20th June 2020 at the Nairobi Women’s Hospital, Nairobi. She was a long serving teacher of Naisambu and Kibomet Primary schools.

Beloved wife of the late Titus Kigen of Kap Isaiah Tanui Chepyego and Zipporah of Kapkitony and Ainapkoi. Daughter of the late Elijah Kiprop Bundotich, Ruth and Clara Bundotich of kap Cherosei in Tambul/Ainapkoi. Sister of Susan of kap Mengich, the late Benjamin, the late Hellen Kimalel of kap Malel, job, Priscah of Kap Kasika, Evans, Christina of kap Saulo, Zakariah, Nathan. Micah, Petero, Rael of kap Shadrack and Hosea. Beloved inlaw of Rael Bunei, Stephen Tanui, Sarah Rotich, the late Ann Yator, Priscah Serem,Barnaba Tanui, the late Elisha Tanui and Hillary Tanui. Loving Mother of Clement (USA), Felix (USA), Tracy (Geonet Group), Kiplagat (USA), Irene (Nairobi) and Kate (Liquid Telkom). Doting grand mother of Morgan Kigen, Bella Kigen, Ryan Kiptoo, Michelle Kiptoo, Lisa Kiptoo, Shawn Kimeli and Shanelle Kimeli. Loving mother-in-law of Enock (NOKIA), David (NICT) and Grace (USA). Loving aunt of many.

Viewing of the body will take place at the Montezuma Funeral Home on Friday 26th June 2020 at 7.00Am and thereafter the cortege leaves for Kibomet in Transzoia County.

Prayers and funeral service will take place on Saturday 27th June 2020 starting from 9.30Am. Strict adherence to MOH and GoK directives relating to COVID-9 will be observed.

Mum, you have fought a good fight and have kept the faith. Fare thee well! We loved you but God loved you more. Till we meet again mama.
