HABIL OKELLO

We regret to announce the death of Habil Okello aka Billy Kevins Okello (Billy Boy) in Stockholm Sweden which occurred on 20th January 2023.

Son of the late Clement Deluxe Odhiambo of Nyakach West Thurdibuoro and Beryl Mariam Achieng of Kisumu Korando.

Billy was blessed with five children namely Josephine Okello, Noah Okello, Kevin Okello, Savannah Mariam Okello and Jeymie Okello (Chuma ya Reli).

Brother to Maxwell Nyadida Okal, Everlyne Diana Akinyi and Easter Alice Wendy Adhiambo.

Grandson of the late Musa Okal and the late Ruth Okal, the late Mama Alice Obayo, the late Caleb Mbeda Olowa, Mary Omundhe, Justice William Ouko, Lynn Yaya, Pamela Odera and Karen Angaga.

Nephew to the late James Otieno Dure, Joan Mbeda, Judith Adhiambo, the late William Awiti, Nuru Awiti, Josephine Atieno, Jenipher Omolo, Nelson Ochieng Denga, the late Japheth Okal, Alan Okal, Marie Auma Okal,Tom Oka!, Noel Okal, Oliver Okal among others.

Cousin to Boaz Ogola, Habil Otieno (Canada), Felix Ochieng, Julian, Didiman, Caleb, Sarah, Joseph, Ken, Juliet, Cyrus, Doc, Sister Eucabeth, Habil Okello, Charles Otieno, Peter Odinga, George Omolo, Zack Okoyo (MCA Kisumu Central Ward), Nathaniel, Prezda, Julie, Moni among others.

A fundraising is planned for Wednesday, 22nd February 2023, at All Saints Cathedral from 4.00pm.

The requiem mass shall be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at St. Francis ACK Church, Karen from 11.00am.

Burial will be on Saturday, 25th February 2023 in Korando B, Tiengre, Kisumu from 10.00am.
