Daughter of the late Stanley Mwaura and Beatrice Nyawira, Sister to Mariam Wanjiru johana, the late Leah Kagure, Mwangi Mwaura, josphat Kagiri, Grace Wangeci Mwaniki and Martha Wangui. Mother to the late Mary Wothaya, Esther Kagure, Beatrice Nyawira, Japhat Mathenge, Jane Nyaguthi and Miriam Wanjiru. Mother in law to the late Joseph Ndung’u, John Komu, John Kimondo. Jane Wairimu and Job Michael Nyaga. She was Aunt to James Murehia among others. Loving grandmother to Rina, Hannah, Paul, Zephania, Wagaki, Kagure, Wangui, Hannah, Wangare, Wambui, Kondu, Kahora, Edwin, Waitiki, Mwaura, Munene, Kahora, Wambui and Kahora. Great grandmother to many.

Cortege leaves Consolata Mathari Hospital Nyeri on Friday August 7, 2020 at 9.00am for burial thereafter at Kirai village, Ugachiku Sub-location, Mahiga, Othaya, Nyeri County.
