We the family of the late Elijah Kibunja Kinuthia wish to humbly announce the passing on of our beloved mother the late Mrs. Hannah Wanjiru Kibunja on Wednesday 13th of May 2020.

Daughter of the late Daniel Gacheru Waithuki and Martha Njeri Gacheru. Sister-of Priscilah Waithira Wakiiri, the late Waithuki Gacheru, Elijah Karanja Gacheru, Ibrahim Nganga Gacheru and George Kariuki Gacheru. Co-wife of the late Leah Nyagitha Kibunja, Gathoni Kibunja, Stela Njeri Kibunja, Loise Wanjiru Kibunja and Marion Wanjiku Kibunja.

Loving mother and a mentor of Mr & Mrs Benard John Kimani Kibunja, the Mr & Mrs Rtd colonel Philip Kinuthia Kibunja, Benedict Njeri Gikonyo, Mr & Mrs Daniel Ndungu Kibunja, Mr & Mrs Benard Waithuki Kibunja, Mrs Cecilia Wanjeri Gatuku, Mr & Mrs Joseph Kinuthia Kibunja (Bacha), Mrs Magdaline Wambui Macharia, Mr & Mrs Peter Mbiyu Kibunja and Mr & Mrs Richard Njihia Kibunja. Loving grandmother and great grandmother of many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday the 20/05/2020 at 8am and later burial at her residence in Githunguri town Kiambu County, next to PCEA Ayub Kinyua Memorial Church.
