Words are inadequate to express the sadness we feel due to the untimely demise of Mama Hellen Vikiru. This occurred on Friday, 8th May 2020 at her home in Mbale, Maragoli, after a short illness.

Beloved wife of the late Jamen Allan Vikiru. Mother of George and Lilian Vikiru, Judith and Luke Wasike, Gloria and Stephen Mwangi and Faith and Charles Ndirangu. She was sister of the late Priscilla, the late Zirah, Herman Mwugusi, the late Asena, Albert Amugune, Margaret Anemba and Alice Okaka. Grandmother of Velma, Allan, Wesley, Shirley, Marcus, Noella, Crystal, Amanda, and Steve. Mama was a friend, auntie, cousin, in-law, and a mentor to many.

The cortege leaves Kaimosi Funeral Home on Thursday, 14th May 2020 and the burial will be on Friday, 15th May 2020 at her home in Mukingi sub-location, Izava South location, Vihiga county.
