HON. KIIRU MWANGI (MBEMBE JUNIOR) (MCA GATURI WARD)

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Hon. Kiiru Mwangi (Mbembe Junior), who rested on 4/9/2020.

Loving son of the late Ex-Councillor John Mwangi Zabron and the late Julia Gathoni Mwangi. Son-in-love of the late James Kariuki and Juliet Wacuka of Njabini. Loving and dear husband of Wambui Kiiru. Adoring and loving father to Njeri Kiiru (Ruchu Girls High school), Mwangi Kiiru (NJs Academy, Kahawa West) and Wacuka Kiiru.

Brother of Millicent Macharia (Deputy H/m Moi Airbase Primary), Lillian Macharia (Vigilance House), Eunice Karimi (H/tr. Antorita Primary-Ukunda), the late James Gathia, the late Kabui Mwangi and Arch. Benson Githinji (Apt. Design & Chairman Murang’a Municipal County Board).

Brother-in-Love of William Macharia (Principal Alliance High), the late Allan Macharia (Principal Chania High), Karimi Nyagah (C.E.O. Euniter Agencies), Wanjiru Kabui (Timelines Ltd), Peter Nderitu, Mary Wanjiru, Jane Wangui, Obadiah Wanyoike (Born Free Barbers) ,Teresia Mumbi (Vet./ Surveyor — Njabini) and Amos Weru (Gas Line – Athi River).

The cortege will leave Montezuma/Monalisa Funeral Home (Kabati Thika Rd) on Friday, 11th September 2020, at 8 a.m. The body will be interred at the family’s home in Gaitheri Village, Gaturi Ward, Murang’a County. The send-off ceremony will be held at Gaitheri Primary School grounds followed thereafter by burial at his family home.
