HONESTY KANYUA MUTAI MANYARA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our loving mother Honesty Kanyua Mutai Manyara on Monday 24th October 2022 following an illness.

Wife to the late KTDA Chairman Stephen Mutai M’Imanyara. Daughter of the late Mary and the late Cornelius Mutuanyongu. Beloved sister to Susan Kaburia, Lucy Ndichu, Gilbert Bundi, Lillian Kagwiria, Gibson Kiambi and Julius Muthamia. Sister-in-law to the late Beatrice Tiridi, Doris Nkirote Manyara, the late Geoffrey M’Miiru, the late Gedion Gichunge and James Kinyua.

Loving mother to Rev. Dr. Bertha Kaimenyi, Kiogora Mutai, Eva Njukia, Norah Mutai and Ronald Mutuma. Mother-in-law to Peter Kaimenyi, Glory Kiogora and the late Stephen Njukia. Grandmother to Kajuju, Njukia, Mawira, Mwenda, Murimi, Ruth, Gitobu and Naserian. She was a great cousin, aunt and friend to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting for funeral preparations at Kiogora Mutai’s Nairobi home on Thursday and at Royal Prince Hotel, Meru town daily from 5.30pm.

The funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday 29th October at 10.00am at Taai Village, Kathera, Meru County.

In God’s hands you rest, in our hearts you remain forever. Fare thee well mum until we meet again.
