It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Hottensiah Wambui Mungai, which occurred on Wednesday 5th October, 2022 after a long illness.

Daughter to the late Leonard Mungai and Naomi Nyambura. Sister to David Muniu, Lilian Njoki Barton, the late Joseph Ndichu, Margret Wanjiru, Peter K. Mungai of Washington USA and James Mbiyu.

Mother to Leonard Mungai, John Muriu, Francis Ndungu of Kikuyu, Mary Waceke Njiri of Nakuru, David Muniu, Naomi Nyambura Ngure, Joseph Ndichu and Peter Kuria. An aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves Sipili Mortuary on Thursday 13th October, 2022 at 9:00am followed by funeral service at her home in Nyakiambi village, Kinamba Sub-location, Kinamba Location, Laikipia West County.
