It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we, the family of Idah Karimi Gichuru, announce the passing on of our beloved after a brave battle with cancer.

Beloved wife of Mark Gichuru Kinyuru of HF Group Nairobi. Mother of Wayne Mwirigi Gichuru, Lien Gakii Gichuru of Mary Hill Girls School, Ray Mugambi Gichuru and Dylan Munene Gichuru both of Kiu Kenda Presbyterian School. Daughter of the late Festus M’Arimba and the Late Jane Festus of Mweru Igoji — Meru. Daughter in Law of Julius Kinyuru and Agnes Kinyuru of Muguru, Imenti South Meru, County. Sister in Law of Rose Miriko & Benjamin Nkonge, Lawrence & Monica Mung’atia, James & Lenah Mbabu, Henry & Doris Kirimi, Samuel & Reginah Gichunge, Erick & Ann Muthuri, Wilson Mwita all of Muguru Village, Imenti South. Sister of Sophia Kainda & Martin Mbau, Dan & Dinah Mutegi, the late Karen Kagwiria, Kenfrey Mugendi, Evans & Beth Kinja all of Mweru Location, lgoji. Aunt and Cousin of many.

Family, Relatives and Friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at their Kiu Kenda Estate residence and the parents’ Muguru home.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Referral Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 11th July 2020 at 6.00 AM for burial at their home in Muguru Village, Imenti South, Meru County.

Idah we indeed loved you but God our Father loved you more. Eternal Rest Grant unto her oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
