It is with humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of Idris Mohamed Rupani, on Sunday, 19th November, 2023.

Beloved Husband of the late Nalina Rupani. Loving Father of Laila and Aleena Rupani. Father-in-law to Dhaval Shah.

Son of the late Mohamed Juma Rupani, and the late Dilawer Rupani. Brother of Eqbal Rupani, and the late Mahebub Rupani.

Idris Rupani was the founder of Leather Masters Ltd and the former Headmaster of the Aga Khan Academy – Nairobi.

The funeral service will take place on Friday, 24th November, 2023 at 9:15am at the Aga Khan Cultural and Religious Centre (Pavilion), Fifth Parklands Avenue, off Limuru Road, Nairobi.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the staff at Aga Khan University Hospital – Nairobi and all the individuals who have supported us during this difficult time.
