With the humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs Isabella Mwari Muigai of Kilimanjaro Side Farm (Tanzania), which occurred on Sunday 9th January, 2022 at MP Shah Hospital – Nairobi.

Beloved wife to Joseph Muigai of Kilimanjaro Side Farm (Tanzania).

Daughter of the late Isaac M’Rukaria and the late Beatrice Mukomunene. Step-daughter to Maritha and Monica M’Rukaria.

Daughter-in-law to Margaret Wambui and the late Peter Gakunga of Njoro, Naishi.

Loving Mother to Peter Muigai, Margaret Edwin (Dar-es-salaam), Mugure Shikali, Susan Bjerregaard Jepsen (Arusha) and Ruth Muigai (Faculty of Law Catholic University of E.A.J Director KAGRC).

Mother-in-law to Jane Karomo, Edwin David (Tanzania), Tony Shikali, Soren Bjerregaard Jepsen (DTDA-Arusha) and Greg Ndege (Safarilink Aviation).

Loving grandmother to Joseph, Chelsea, Zawadi. Isaac, Tanaka, Tinashe, Lola. Liam, Erik, Tadiwa, Tendai, Ruby. Sister to Ruth Kimathi, the late Jane Thuranira, Lydia Kangai, Captain Paul Rukaria, the late Reuben Mubichi, Doris Makena, Joseph Gitobu, the late Stephen Murugu, Joyce Muriuki, and Catherine Marangu.

Sister-in-law to Harrison, Thuranira, Mary, Carol, Kamau, Njoroge, Kariuki, the late John, the late Susan, the late Njogu, Racheal, Julia, Nduta, Nyakio, Njoki, and Njuna. An aunt and a cousin to many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Mbagathi Way, Nairobi, at 7:00am, on Saturday 15th January, 2022, for mass, followed by private interment at her home in Isinya (next to Moi Girls’ Secondary School), Kajiado County. COVID19 protocols will be observed.
