Mutu, you are a beautiful soul, whose short stay here on earth taught us so many lessons, among them what it means to love, care for others, the need to enjoy life, resilience and the value of family and relationships. The memories of those amazing twenty nine years will last forever always stirring moments of both laughter and tears in equal measure. These memories will forever bind us together.

Your great legacy of social justice lingers on in the lives of those you touched and still continue to touch through the Isaac Kaaria Cancer Foundation that you ignited.

Mutu, you are dearly missed by mum and dad, your wife Loise, your sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, dear friends, cousins, uncles and aunties. You will always be our son, husband, brother, uncle, cousin nephew and friend. You live on in each of us.

The Kaaria family, continues to remember with deep gratitude the great team that journeyed with Isaac and still continues to journey with us. Special mention goes to Isaac’s inner circle of friends, all family members and friends, doctors and staff of The Nairobi Hospital, all clergy and Priests who presided over the requiem mass at St. Paul’s Chapel and Igoji Catholic Church.

The staff of American Embassy-Nairobi, Coca Cola Kenya, Strathmore University community and all people of good will. God bless you abundantly.
