JACKSON KAMAU KARIGO

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing on of our beloved Dad Jackson Kamau Karigo of Githioro Village, Komothai Githunguri Sub-county, Kiambu County, which occurred on 05/04/2023 at home.

Beloved husband to the late Jacinta Mumbi. Father to Nancy Njoki Ndungu (Kikuyu Hospital), Dr. Damaris Wambui Mutinda (Embu), Margaret Wairimu Kiarie, Elder David Karigo (PCEA – Ruai South Parish), Lucy Wanjiru (Githioro), Sarah Waniku Muriithi (Ruiru), Daniel Mbugua (Turi) and Alice Nyambura Njiraini (Kikuyu),

Brother of the late Margaret Wambui, Sarah Wanjiku Nganga and Jeremiah of Kiserian. Step-brother of Moses Kiraba, Michael Kiarie, Rev Stanley Njathi among others.

Grandfather to Geoffrey, Ian, Brian, Victor, Irene, Valellie, Kui, Mumbi Kiarie, Tylor, Ian, Jackson, Linnet, Lornah, Maryanne, Hope, Eliazer, Jack, Kevin, Ruth, Jacinta, Jack 2, Baron, Peter and Nathaniel. Great-grandfather to Dylan Mutinda, Faith Wanjiru, Quinter Wairimu, Natasha Wacuka, Margaret Wairimu, Kenneth Maina, Ethan Thumi and Ameerarynn Muthoni.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home Githioro Village for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kigumo Level 4 Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 13/04/2023 at 9.00am. For a church service at PCEA Laban Kimungu Memorial Church, from 10.00am.

He fought a good fight he has won the race. Rest in peace till we meet again.
