JACKSON MUKIIRA CHOKERA

It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Jackson Mukiira Chokera which occurred on 24th August 2021 at Kamukara Village, Meru County.

Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ezekiel Mithokera M’Arua. Son in law to the late Mr and Mrs M’Ikiao. Husband to Florence Kiendi. Father to James Mutethia, Jeremiah Kirima, Tony Munene, Patrick Mutembei and Caroline Ntinyari. Brother to Mr & Mrs Elias Gitonga, Mary Ndegwa, Mr & Mrs Mwitimi, Mr & Mrs Mugita, Mr & Muthuuri, Kanoti. Karanyama, late job & Lucy Mwiti, Julius & Caroline Kithinii, Late Mwendwa, Kagwiria and Alex & Purity Mburugu. Brother in law to late Gikundi, Late Nchekei, Priscilla and Koome. Grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kamukara village from 3.00 -5.00 pm.

The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Monday 30th August 2021 at 10.00 am for prayers and funeral service at the graveside and burial at 12.00 pm.

All these shall be conducted in strict and full adherence with the MOH COVID-19 protocols.
