It is with the humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the promotion to Glory of Mzee James Mang’oka Mbululu of Katune village, Emali/ Mulala Ward, Nzaui Sub-county, Makueni County which occurred on 29th April, 2023, at his Katune home.

Loving Husband to the late Susan Mwikali Mangoka, son-in-law to the late Aaron Ndetei Musyoki and the late Wandia Ndetei.

The seventh born to the late Mbululu Ngao and Mutile Mbululu of Katune Village, Emali/Mulala Ward, Makueni County. Brother to the late Muia Kitheka, the late Kisili Mbululu, the late Muli Kitheka and Kasiku Ng’ondu, among others.

Brother-in-law to Daniel Ndetei, Rhoda Gibson, Esther Ngwala, Rev Jonathan Waema Ndetei, Rev Elijah Ndetei, Joyce Mwalyo, Jane Ndetei, Robert Ndetei, among others.

A loving father to the late Bernard Ngao, Josephine Mumbu, Nancy Ndunge and George Mang’oka, among others. Father-in-law to Alois Wambua, Patricia Ngao and Florence Musyoka. Grandfather to Shadrack Ngao & Dr. Jemimah Malinda, Tabitha Wandia & David Mutua, Lilian Wambua & Nathan Kilonzo, James Muema & Fanice Kimaiyo, and Teddy Musyoka, among others.

Uncle to Stephen Kisili, Kithome Muli, Samson Muia, Kilonzo Mbunza, Pastor Dorothy Obengo, Joshua Ngumbi, Dr Gibson Musila, Dr Ndetei Mutisya, Innocent Ithelu, Eng. Nancy Musyoki, among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Katune Village from 4.30pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Machakos, on Saturday, 6th May, 2023 at 7.00am. Tata will be laid to rest at his home in Katune village, Makueni County, on the same day.
