JAMES MIGWI MURIITHI

We wish to announce the passing to glory of James Migwi Muriithi. He resided in Kiamaina, Kirinyaga County, Mutira Location, Kaguyu Sub-location.

Son to the late Muriithi Gatamuki and the late Betha Wamaitha. Brother to the lates Joel Kangangi, Grace Muthoni, Jeremiah Mbando, Nancy Kamori and the late Njoki Murithi, and Mary Wanjira.

Husband to Josephine Wanjiru. Father to Betha Murimi, Ruth Gitau, Bancy Muriuki, Esther Kimani, Mary Migwi, Nancy Muchiri, Kennedy Migwi, the late Elizabeth Wanjira, David Muthii (Ali), Roseanne Migwi (Ollin Sacco) and Edith Gichure. Grandfather to Muted Murimi (Speaker Kirinyaga County), Janet Mathenge and many others. Great grandfather to 31 great-grandchildren.

Father-in-law to the late Frank Murimi, George Gitau, Geoffrey Muriuki, Stanley Kimani, Benard Muchiri, Rose Kennedy, Valentine Muthie, Joshua Mbute and Benard Gichure.

Burial preparations are taking place at his residence in Kiamaina.

The cortege leaves ACK Mt. Kenya Hospital – Kerugoya on Thursday, 02/03/2023 at 8:30am, followed by a memorial service at ACK St. Andrews – Kiamaina. Thereafter, he will be laid to rest at his residence in Kiamaina.
