It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of James Thagichu Mbugua.

Son of the late Parmenus Mbugua Thungu and Emily Nyambura Mbugua of Londiani.

Husband to Susan Nyokabi Thagichu.

Son-in-law of the late Josiah Ndirangu Mureithi and Tabitha Kabura Ndirangu.

Father to Benard Mbugua Thagichu, Patrick Ndirangu Thagichu, Emily Nyambura Thagichu and Nelson Thungu Thagichu.

Father-in-law to Esther Wanjiru Mbugua, Janet Mshila and Anne Gakuru.

Brother to the late Nelson Thungu, the late Margaret Njambi, Albert Rimui, the late Grace Wambui, Rev. Stephen Mbugua (Mombasa), Peter Njiriri, David Mwaniki and Jane Njeri (Isbania).

Grandfather to Milan Nyokabi, Kirk Thagichu, Max Thagichu, Levi Tendai, James Thagichu (Junior) and Jaysonjames Thagichu.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Miritini Residence in Mombasa, from 4.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Jocham Funeral home on Thursday 27th April, 2023 at 8.00am for funeral service and burial at Mbaraki Cemetery – Mombasa.
