JANE GATHONI NGUNJIRI

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Jane Gathoni Ngunjiri, which occurred on Monday, 30th September 2024.

Beloved wife of Ibrahim Ngunjiri Karonji of Beacon of Hope. Daughter of the late Difather Githinji and the late Margaret Wanjiku. 

Daughter-in-law of Doris Mukami and the late Johana Karonji of Kiandu. 

Mother of Priscilla Wairimu, John Karonji, Moses Karonji, David Githinji and Doris Mukami. 

Sister of Florence Muchemi, Stephen Kamotho, Joseph Maina, Monicah Wangari Irungu, the late Samuel Mwangi, the late Charles Kinyua and Ann.

Sister in law of James, Esther, Ernest, Mweru, Cecily, the late Kihara, Michira, Ruth and the late Sisto. She was auntie and grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 06:00pm at Kahawa West Baptist Church and also at Kiandu Village at 3.00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements. 

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, 6 th October 2024 at Kahawa West Baptist Church starting at 3:00 pm.

The cortege leaves KU Referral Mortuary, along the Northern Bypass, Kahawa West, Nairobi on Monday, 7th October 2024 at 7:00am.

Funeral service and burial will be held at their home Kiandu Village, Tetu Tetu Sub-County, Nyeri County. Starting 11:00am.
