JANE MILDRED KHATETE KARANI- EWANG

The Lord called Jane Mildred Khatete Karani- Ewang on Monday 10th June 2024.We accept God’s will with humility.

She was beloved wife of the Late Professor Peter Nzie Ewang. Loving mother of David Murumba, Thomas Kwang, Peter Nzie, Jean Nanjala and Rebecca Nzelle.

Mother-in-law of Dr Ahmed Komen (Kenyatta National Hospital), Mercy Kasuvu and Yamkela Tshabalala.

A doting grandmother of Olam Murunga, Nzie Kakai, Noel Nzelle, Chantal, Khatete and Seth.

She was the daughter of the late Senior Chief Richard Karani Murumba and the late Mama Noel Karani.

She was a dear sister of Philip Karani, Gilbert, Agnes, the late Solomon, late Geoffrey, Violet, Murunga, Virginia, Erastus, Justus, Cliff, Gideon, Knight. Laura, Asha, Jane Rose, Duncan.Murumba the late Leonard and amongst others.

She was a cousin of the Chinungos, Matandas, Wangilas, Barasas, Munikas, Chetekeyis, Nakitares; Musebes, Mwelas, Sunguris, Wanakachas, Wambasis, Musuyas, Kingasias, Muchimutis among others.

There will be a meeting at the United Kenya Club, next to St. Pauls Chapel on Tuesday 18th June at 5.30 PM.

The funeral is scheduled for Friday 21st June 2024 at her home in Tembelela Village, Bungoma North.

Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord.
